What does this mean?

I have a question from a guy, he sent me an email recently telling me about his success with women and how my articles have helped him with overcoming fear of approaching.
This is so nice.
He asked me about a behavior he saw from a woman lately. He didn’t know what to think of it.
The “odd” behavior was the following:
“When I look into her eyes, she looks down” , in the email he told me that he feared she wasn’t liking him and that would be the reason for this behaviors.
My answer is:
My friend, thanks for your email, I liked it so much when you told me about your success with women and how my material has helped you, thank you too.
To get back to your question, congratulations, she really likes you a lot.
This will seem strange to most people that the woman may behave this way when she likes you, however, this is totally normal. Women are wired to behave this way when they are attracted to a man.
She will look you in the eyes for a moment and then look down as if she is looking at the ground, you will also notice that she has a gentle smile on her lips and if you pay close attention, you are going to see her eyes wide open.
These signs are universal in all women.
