I have a confession to make here.
It’s a thing I was so afraid of that I’ve nearly fainted every time I was going to try it.
I was afraid of approaching women.
Yes, that’s my confession, I couldn’t approach a woman nor speak to her nor think of doing all the above.
Whenever I would think of doing it, I would have like a little panic in my heart, legs and brain.
I would get blocked.
So how did I get over it?
Well, this is the subject of this blog post.
I’ve copied this technique from another guy.
He used to have the same difficulties with women and was able to get massive success from using it.
This technique is relaxation, now please, don’t close this blog post and shut down your computer.
I know, it seems pretty ridiculous, but relaxation is a very efficient technique that will help you deal with anxiety and fear.
Do this every day in the morning.
Lay on the flour, close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Count from one to eight while you inhale and exhale and count from one to four in between.
You should use a variation of it with women.
When you see a girl to approach, close your eyes, focus only on your breathing, and inhale and exhale for four times.
Your heart rate will calm down, your focus and attention will grow.
